All you have to do is send Joanie a video of your act or show.  With her camera focused on the screen showing your video, she will record her notes and thoughts on your video.  She will critique the overall presentation, as well as the staging, performance, lighting, music, costuming and choreography. You will receive that videotape which details valuable ways to improve your act, easy to follow and understand.
